I bought a ps5 controller in the cex store in letterkenny donegal. This was a 2nd controller for when friends come over. The first time I used the controller was a week after I got it because I didn’t need it till then. As soon as I plug it in the left stick starts drifting everywhere (first time I’m using it btw) so I go back to the store to explain what happened that they sold me a broken controller and they didn’t do anything about it. It was also the same worker that sold me the controller that I went to. The problem with have isn’t with the fact that they didn’t give me a new controller or my money back because I didn’t have a receipt the problem is the fact that they sold me a broken product in the first place. Like this controller was really bugging out. It would’ve been very hard to use.
