I ordered a surface keyboard and a usb cable. The cable was just to make the order over 100euros. I then got all the confirmation and after that got surface keyboard cancelled not available. Ok sad but I can live with that. Then a week later I got sent the cable. All by itself. Pretty obvious why I ordered the cable. Update: Thanks for the reply and I understand how it happened.
