Today I went to the store inside the Nutregrove Shopping Mall to take a computer that was less than 6 months old and had a scratched screen. I went there with the intention of having them solve this problem for me since they say they give a 5-year warranty and what they told me was that they could not fix the computer and that I should exchange it for another one, but the store did not have any at the same price. I paid 240 euros and they told me that they could return it to me after waiting more than 10 minutes for my computer to be reset. When I went to get a refund, they only paid me 170 euros and said that was what my computer was worth at that time. I said that it was not fair but they said that it was the store's policy. I was very sad and tense and I accepted because I was afraid of being left with nothing. Now I am reading the terms of the warranty and I feel very cheated. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place. Terrible service.
