Item purchased online and despite being rated as in B grade was not at all clean and in poor condition (even rust on the switches, some of which did not work because they were stuck with the rust). The controller did not work because it was broken - the cable was disconnected at an internal connection point that was forced out of position and wouldn't allow the cables to connect so it wouldn't function. It probably could have been repaired with some new parts. This should have been noticed when they tested the unit. I took it in person to a CEX store to return it which was a waste of my time and money and which could have been avoided if they had properly tested the item before shipping it to me. The refund took a day or two but I did get a refund. I wouldn't buy anything mail order from CEX again, I'd have to see it in the shop before I bought it.
