I ordered a tablet for €50 and received a €335 iPhone instead. I immediately contacted customer service to rectify the issue. Mohsin was in no way helpful or understanding. I am being held to ransom until I return the iPhone and even then I have to fill a form for product replacement,I explained the item is for my severely disabled child and is immediately needed and it was their mistake and not mine. I was told as only one is now in stock I should reorder,so I am now €100 out of pocket. I should have been compensated with a refund and the item sent for free given my honesty. The customer service has been terrible, I have spent a fortune over the years on cex,I will never purchase again. I do not recommend the company as aftercare is appalling.
