After ordering a drone set with FPV goggles and a controller, I received only the controller and the goggles — the drone itself was missing.This order was intended as a birthday gift for a child. Unfortunately, this is the second delivery issue in a row, and it ruined what should have been a joyful occasion.Customer support said they would investigate the issue, but it’s been over a week and still no drone, no refund, and no compensation.Extremely disappointed with the experience.
