Sold me a mouse without a wireless receiver. Said it would be fine since it also works on Bluetooth (with a big performance loss). Won't take responsibility. Never shopping there again. EDIT: As you can see below they still persist that a high performance mouse advertised as having all essential accessories doesn't need its receiver, even though it's performance is severely reduced under Bluetooth. They don't mention how they blamed the person who sold them the mouse without the receiver, or how they refuse to adhere to consumer law, or how they refused my right to a replacement, or how they will continue to falsely advertise the product online.
