They sent me the wrong product. Ordered an i9 9900K but received an i9 9900KF. There is a big difference in these two products. The refund process was prompt (made easy as I have a store nearby, but would've been a hassle if I did not). I was disappointed as I ordered the product for a time-sensitive project which had to be put on hold as a result.
