Was sent a faulty item as was offered an unsatisfactory recourse for refund or replacement.Update: Our local Wexford store was extremely helpful and made the situation right. The issue was with a faulty hard drive bought for an Xbox, not a game. I’ll be wary of purchasing online with CEX, but would happily purchase again from the store.
