I bought a PS4, which cost €170. It arrived filthy, with what looked like the start of mould on it. It had no software system on it, I had to download the full OS from the PS website. It also had a game disc in it which seemed to me that it hadn't been properly checked at all. I returned it in store and received a replacement.Cex sent me multiple emails asking me to review the product. I submitted the above review and it is rejecting it. Cex seems to only allow positive reviews go on their system so I've had to submit my review here.
