I bought a Nikon camera and lens package, plus another separate Nikon lens. When I got home I discovered that the lens that was part of the package was missing. I went back to the store and after 20 minutes managed to get a full refund for all items. I asked them to let me know if they found the lens, as I still wanted to buy it. They did not contact me, so I went into the store a few days later. The camera was still there, and they had found the lens. The other lens had been sold. A few days later, I got an email asking me for a review of my experience (see my initial review above). Within a few days CEX contacted me to apologise for the issues, and asked if I still wanted the lens that I had bought originally with the camera, but had returned. When I said I would still like the lens, they found one at another store and had it sent to my nearest CEX store. It took a few weeks, but I was impressed by the fact that CEX went to the trouble of 1) reading my initial review, and 2) managed to correct the issues I had raised.
