Ordered 6 items and have problems with 4 of them. 2 they sent the incorrect item and it was of lower spec than what i ordered. Another item is faulty and the last one I fixed myself. Customer service should be bending over backwards to fix their mistakes but they are unreasonable.***Edited to include a response to the reply from.the company...The faulty item is a psone dual shock controller the X button was DOA. Every other button works. There is no way I believe this could have been tested as X is literally the most pressed button on any PlayStation controller. The incorrect items. Item 1. A 2 disk game, only had one disk inside which was not even the right game. Could the staff member who packed the order not count as high as two?Item 2. The console itself which had different options online based on the controller that was supplied with it. You sent the wrong controller which was an option that worked out about 15% cheaper. And you are just keeping that extra money...The correct resolution should be to send me the correct item and collect the wrong items at the same time. If I return the console first your customer support has said you may not ship me the correct console I ordered and paid for. Then I will be left with no console and a bunch of useless games and accessories. The nearest store is not near at all and does not have the same items i require which is why I chose to buy online.
