This is my thirs laser, the first was a diode, then the CO2 now this fiber and i have to say this one is the most “fun”. The lack of complex moving parts makes it much more approachable to experiment with, with your imagination being the limit of the cool things you can do with it. The rock pictured is just some ramdom yard rock with a cute little cow deep engraved into with it a splash of acrylic paint to highlight the depth. The accuracy/detail this can produce is utterly astounding, you might want to budget for a USB microscope just you can see the fine details.
