I bought an AOKDA A1 scooter and received it on 12/7/24. On 5/11/24 (four months later) I was using it as usual to go to work when it cut off the acceleration and suddenly stopped after 10 minutes. An error appeared on the display (E-10). I contacted the after-sales service and received a response stating that I would have to replace the accelerator display and that, to my surprise, this part was not covered by the one-year warranty. I had to pay $55 for a new part and, to make matters worse, when the part arrived I replaced it and the ERROR CONTINUES. The scooter I had before lasted 2.5 years and I only changed it because the brakes were no longer good and I needed to change the battery. Looking for a new one, I found Aokda and fell in love, and that's why I changed brands. I was happy with the Aokda, its performance is good, but how is it possible for a scooter to have a problem after 4 months of use and for the after-sales support to make me buy a part that would not solve my problem? DO NOT BUY A SCOOTER FROM iENYRID. They have a ridiculously short lifespan, the after-sales service is terrible and they just want to make you spend more money instead of actually helping you solve the problem.
