had some problems getting the scooter clicking into the upright position, so I contacted customer service thru their chat link. Got a response the next day. Their suggestion did not fix the problem, and after messaging back and forth, with a response from customer service to the following day, I finally asked for a phone number. They sent me a number for Whats App, a Chinese number. I sent a request to this number to link up on Whats App, but got no response. It took about a week to finally solve a problem that could have been resolved in 2 minutes with normal customer support. The manual for the seat assembly was for different type seat. I figured out how to put it together thanks to a YouTube video.
