Found a fabric I liked on ifabric. Placed my order but almost immediately followed up with an email inquiring on sizing of sequins on the fabric (requesting that if they were too large I simply be refunded). The email went unanswered and instead about tracking number was added to my order. No problem, except that the tracking number was changed multiple times by the company and the package never actually made it to UPS. A "$0.00" credit was then posted to my checking account from the company. I emailed a second time, about the supposed refund and lack of response. Again, no answer. Only after I sent a third email this morning, telling them I will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC if the tracking either doesn't post or the order was not refunded. Only then did they reply to my email letting me know I was refunded. The refund posted to my account within hours. TLDR: S H A D Y. Not even worth the hassle for the semi-low prices. If you have a local fabric wholesaler, stop in and see if they can't help you better than these jokers.
