Miserable trying to cancel subscription. I sent three emails. Finally got through by phone today. They verified they had sent requests to appropriate department and that they just haven’t gotten to it. My credit card company has subsequently blocked them from charging me again and is submitting my request for refund of the last three payments. Never again.
