I have major concerns about this company and their customer service. I bought a NordicTrak 2450 treadmill back in 2021 and I'd be generous if I said it worked for a quarter of the total time I've owned it. The incline motor broke twice and needed to be replaced. There were issues with the speed of the belt following one of these repairs which I had to fight and complain before they would even acknowledge the engineer was at fault. He was by the way. And now, the console is fried and needs to be replaced. Essentially the machine is inoperable. Looking online, I see I'm not alone in this issue and it appears there is a class action lawsuit been filed against ifit for this "fault". I find this, together with their failure to respond to any of my correspondence deeply troubling and frustrating. I'm sure they're banking on me just walking away from this issue if they just ignore me for a while. The behaviour of this company is despicable and I hope they get taken to the cleaners. Avoid avoid avoid.
