First off they take days to respond. Second they charge a lot of money for support but do not provide it. I have had over 5 issues with the program and they haven't solved one of them. They assured me that the software would link to Garmin. That is completely false as their system will not download the files necessary to complete the task. The metrics like heart rate, watts, mileage and time for your ride or exercise are displayed on the computer screen however they disappeared one day and no-one knows how to recover them. The bike itself from Nordic works very well but the iFit software at best is a two out of ten.
