Treadmill itself is fine but customer service is non-existant as you cannot get a live person on the phone. You wait for over an hour until you finally give up. So you try live chat and end up being in a chat queue only to be disconnected with a message " No agents available at this time. Try again later".I paid $160 to have a technician come out to service my treadmill. Technician arrives without any lubricant for the belt claiming Nordictrack should have sent that. Who pays for their car to be serviced but engine oil is not part of the service?Nordictrack Ifit Customer Service SUCKS.
