Outstanding, topnotch, and First Class Service!! We booked a return flight with IflyBusiness and there was an issue with AirFrance ----they were going on strike the day I was leaving and so AirFrance canceled my flight. We called up IFly and Andrei helped us rebook my flight right away. He was extremely professional and very friendly, plus, he never complained he just went to work and got me a brand new flight on an even better airline! We were quite impressed with this fantastic service. My return flight went smoothly and business class was better than I expected. Andrei texted me to make sure I made my flight and even checked in to make sure I made it home safely---Who could ask for better service? Wow, I was just happy to make it back home--the AirFrance cancelation caused me a little stress but IflyBusiness took care of my flight with no added stress.
