As a regular experienced flyer it seems like each week there is a new hoop to jump through just to be able to fly. Last week our team mate had norovirus so was unable to make our session at short notice. We were told we couldn't fly because the booking was in his name, despite us flying as the same group regularly.We have many future booking in names of those who were present but told it was impossible to swap them. We were forced to buy more time (as we wanted to fly having travelled multiple hours) and lose the time that was booked. As the session was already full, we were told to book a future session and then the receptionist proceeded to swap them proving it was easily possible. The instructors are great but the lack of flexibility in company policy for genuine unavoidable circumstances to regular customers just constantly leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
