Sharing my review after reading similar to my own recent experience with this company. I would order from iFoods religiously each month to keep my home stocked up on goods from around the world. That was until a couple of my latest deliveries arrived with items missing. My last delivery had 6 items missing. When I reached out to the company the owner Michelle replied to my query advising she had forgot to pack the items and would send them out the next day. 1 week passed and the items never arrived. I reached out once more and Michelle advised she had again forgot and confirmed she would send out the items that day. Another week went by and the items failed to arrive. I reached out for an explantation as to where the items were but unfortunately my email was met with silence. I eventually raised a dispute with Paypal regarding the missing items and asked them to hold the funds for those products until I had clarification on if the items were ever going to arrive. This clearly upset the business owner as the following day I received an unprofessional email regarding my Paypal dispute and that the items were now not being sent. The website is easy to use and stocks a large range of products however so do many other USA - UK import businesses which I would advise you to shop with as most are run by much friendlier and precise teams than iFoods. Good luck if you ever need customer service help from this business!
