Ordered a pic n mix from the website, saw it packed live and the hygiene was terrible. Lady wouldn’t change her gloves, was taking her glasses on/off her face, touching her hair. Really was unpleasant experience for me. I emailed the company immediately and received no reply. I used my own money to return item and still had no email from the company. It seems if you order off the website, then you have little protection as a consumer - I advise people to order via TikTok as then the company has to deal with customer enquires!
