I no longer have access to the full course package I purchased a while ago. At the time, I couldn’t finish it due to personal circumstances. Recently, I tried to log back in to pick up where I left off, but I discovered that the portal site is no longer available. I’ve tried calling and emailing support, but haven’t had any luck. The support email listed on the page appears to be invalid—when I sent an email, it was automatically returned as undeliverable. I would like to either receive a refund or regain access to the course I paid for.
