One mentioned that withdrawals were functioning, but after two weeks of waiting, I reached out to the support team again, only to learn, "Our withdrawals haven't worked for 3 weeks." What does this imply? Why is there such a lack of communication among the moderators? I've been waiting for a withdrawal since 05.12.2025, and today is 25.12.2025. They've informed me again of ongoing issues causing delays. To summarize, my feedback is that until the platform establishes a reliable withdrawal system, it won't reach its potential. If you wish to try, be prepared to face similar challenges. Additionally, there's a verification issue. Clients can pay for products without verification, but they must confirm their accounts post-payment. If they fail to do so, it results in a 14-day wait, followed by another 3 days, and then an additional 2 weeks for withdrawals. This means you could be waiting a total of 30 days to access your earnings. This is a significant drawback for new sellers. The platform has potential, but it feels unfinished. There are numerous problems and vulnerabilities. The financial department has faced server issues for over four months without any improvements. It appears the owner prioritizes personal gain over site enhancements. In comparison to another popular platform, I can confidently say that they are actively developing, offering promotions, discounts, and more. I hope my feedback is acknowledged and that improvements will be made.
