Essentially, they place the blame for their performance on you. We used their services for six months, and not a single viable lead or appointment was secured. The most frustrating part is that we were NEVER contacted by our account representative to discuss strategies for achieving our goals. When we requested a refund, we faced evasiveness until they cited the contact rate falling below 15%. Their only solution was to ask for more time and money to try to make it work.
