I received what I paid for, but it was far from satisfactory. On moving day, the manager was unavailable during crucial times. The contracted team did not bring the special boxes I had paid for, and my belongings were packed improperly. My bike arrived with mold, and several items were damaged or missing. I would not recommend this manager for anyone's relocation.
