I received a foot massager that only worked on one side. The service first offered a small refund instead of a full replacement. After returning it, they still kept the tax and delivery costs, which is unacceptable. I’m now having to go through a payment service to recover my money. Poor service and lack of accountability — I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
