I bought two heating units from this service and was dissatisfied. I attempted to return them, but the order acknowledgment email doesn't accept replies. I found another email that doesn’t allow me to send a message. I doubt I’ll get my £146 back, and I won’t be using the heaters. They seem uninterested in my feedback.
