Absolutely horrible, I still I can't believe it. We placed an order and paid extra for fast shipping. Two weeks later, the order hadn't arrived and nobody had contacted us. I wrote them an email to ask what had happened, and they said they won't be able to deliver it and won't refund the shipping costs! As a 'one-time exception' they offered a return for the items (not the delivery costs) in the form of 'gift vouchers'. This company is horrible, this is probably illegal and if you want my advice, avoid having anything to do with them!
