Absolutely love love the products but the customer service is very lacking in the policies are a joke!!!First off I’ve been ordering from I heart raves For over three years now and never have I had to return or exchange anything !!! So I had no idea that they don’t even do exchanges.They only do returns for store credit!!!( if you want to just return it without a store credit they charge you to do so ). So not only do you have to send your item back,then wait for them to get that item,then wait to place another purchase for your item (with the store credit they give you) and wait for it to come in the mail. they make you pay full price or whatever price it is the second time you have to purchase it so if you got a deal on it the first time you don’t get the deal again!!! (also they offered to give me 15% but looked back and the item is still more than I originally paid for it, even with the discount). Like what age do we live in now where you don’t process returns on an all online website is this a joke! So pretty much don’t order here and less you are very sure that you want these items and that they are in your size and you know that they’re going to fit no matter what,because you can’t exchange or you’ll loose money!!! Stupidest S*** I’ve ever seen!
