I ordered several outfits from them. One I wanted to wear to an event taking place 2 weeks after I placed the order. The order took longer than 2 weeks to get to me, so I didn't even get to wear the outfit I purchased to the event I purchased it for. I reached out to them several times and they were very unhelpful and clearly did not care. Once I finally got the order, one thing I purchased didn't fit. I asked if I could return it and they said yes for store credit and sent me instructions. I followed all instructions, paid for return shipping on the product I already paid for and sent it back to them. Now they claim they didn't get it. So I am out the product that I paid for and shipping times two! I have continued to reach out to them and they will not send my item back, refund my money, or give me store credit. So they have STOLEN from me!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
