They said my wife won their GIVEAWAY... Not that she lost the actual giveaway she signed up for and instead was getting a crappy consolation prize for some other giveaway she didn't sign up for, and in which we've since read the terms of and ya she didnt do anything to enter the contest they now claim we won instead. That isn't winning the "GIVEAWAY". Went from excited thinking we were getting these tickets to feeling lied to.They also said in order to win, the winner needed to comment on this Instagram post and also agree to allow themselves to be tagged if they won, but now they claim a random person they can't tag, is who won but can somehow tag everyone else that didn't actually win. They also claim in the official terms that the ONLY (in all caps) way someone would be notified is through social media so to watch out for being tagged.The tickets they tried to give us are $25 a piece and in Los Angeles, a show so cheap that they know nobody is flying out for, and honestly even if I still lived in LA would not go 🤣 These are the types of tickets they give away for free on the street just to fill the venue and sell drinks... It's honestly pathetic they would even think someone would be happy to be told they won them, and tag them on social media like a show pony who won the grand prize, when instead the entire thing was a bait and switch, given these facts.I don't believe for even a second someone actually won these imagine festival tickets that iheartraves advertised. And even if someone did what y'all did by parading my wife around with a generic "you won the giveaway" to "you actually get worthless tickets" is intentionally deceiving, and bad business.
