If i could give it 0 stars i would. first they lost my shipment, then when i inquired about it they told me that multiple items were 'too low of stock' to ship to me. so i told them to reship the items that were 'in stock' and refund me for the ones that weren't being re shipped. it took them 3 days to contact me back, and they asked how i wanted to proceed. i then replied with the exact same thing saying to ship the in stock items. when i got my re-shipment confirmation and invoice they charged me between $3-$15 MORE than i had already paid per item. they took the cost difference from my full refund price. TERRIBLE customer service, poor communication, and clearly they can't even do simple math. i have already advised many people to not shop here again, and hopefully more people see my review to save themselves the trouble of ordering form this sorry excuse of a company.
