I ordered multiple outfits for Okeechobee music festival on 2/16 and was depending on them arriving on time (with a few days to spare just in case) as they promise 5-8 day shipping. On 2/23 I noticed that the label had been created for my package the day that I ordered it, yet there were no other updates. I emailed iheartraves customer service and found out that FedEx had delayed and then lost my package. Brandy J from iheartraves had my order reshipped with 1-2 day shipping (even though the error was not on their end). Best customer service experience ever! Will be shopping with this company again!
