Yep, they do mess up! My first time to buy from here and ordered a bunch of items. They didn't send me the brush set I ordered. I sent an email to their customer service and they want me to take a photo of the messed up order. I told them they didn't send me an item I ordered; I received a reply that it's their policy to send a photo. How can I send a photo of item I didn't receive? This went on for about a week and decided it was not worth it. I will not order from this site again. There are other beauty store that want my business; why would I want to hassle over a $10 purchase that they refuse to correct. ikatehouse - overrated!
