I had a confirmed pickup for my order (1585156650) scheduled on February 27, 2026, with a valid timeslot and personal pickup code.Despite this, IKEA cancelled my order without any proper explanation and is now returning the item, even though it was already prepared and ready for collection.In reality, I was given only one effective day to pick up my order before it was cancelled. The pickup was scheduled on a Friday, followed by the weekend (including Sunday), yet no reasonable time was given.This is completely unreasonable and shows very poor coordination between their systems and logistics. Confirming an order and then cancelling it like this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I do not recommend relying on their click & collect service.
