Second time I order something at Ikea Zaventem through Click and Collect, second time the order is not available when I am at the store to pick up the order. That's a 100% failure rate.Last time, I went back to the store the next day to pick up my order and I did not make a fuss out of it. Mistakes can happen. I still wrote customer service but they could not care less.This time, same thing happened. I wrote customer service again, first agent told they would make it up to me with a home delivery, I confirmed, then second agent replied it was not possible and I should come back to the store to pick up my order, they would plan it again. As if I had nothing better to do than going to Ikea to see if by coincidence they prepared my order!Never again... They don't care about their customers.
