The absolute worst customer service which is none-existent. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered sneakers, their system told me unauthorized, I waited a week for tracking, then realized it didn't go through. Emailed them, but they never responded. I went ahead and purchased another pair of the same shoes since I thought their system declined my transaction and i never got a tracking never like 9 days later.... a week after I notice they charged me again for 2 shoes and then shipped both of them. Although they know for sure their system declined the initial transaction and I CLEARLY SENT AT LEAST 10 EMAILS. I then wanted one of the transactions canceled because i did not need 2 of the same shoe, also did not understand why would they go back and charge me " i think they did it manually" just to make a sale. I have been struggling with these people, nobody responds on email, I spent 20$ to call all the way to italy and the one person who answers the phone keeps telling that is not the number to call AND REFUSES TO RELAY MY MESSAGE TO THE " RIGHT DEPARTMENT" REFUSES TO ANSWER EMAILS. EVEN THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA REFUSES TO HELP. ANYTIME SOMEONE ANSWERS THEY TELL ME TO EMAIL ANOTHER PERSON WHO JUST NEVER ANSWERS. THE SECOND SHOE WAS SENT BACK TO THEM BY DHL " I NEVER GOT IT" AND THEY'VE HAD IT SINCE THE 5TH OF JULY. IT IS THE 20TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AND NOBODY EVEN RESPONDED TO ME. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD TO LOCK MY CC, AND FILE A FRAUD CLAIM WITH VISA SINCE NOBODY WANTS TO HELP.ORDER NUMBER FYDTRWBYS
