Got an order confirmation e-mail straight away, and my order was shipped after three days, the actual shipping time was just one day from Italy to Norway. Great!! If you sign up to an account you can message customer service with any issue you have. I sent a message using this service, and they answered the next day. No problem. I ordered a Bottega Veneta bag and it came brand new in it's original dustbag. Only thing they could have done better is the packaging, it was just thrown in a huge quite thin cardboard box, but again it's the bag that matters, right :) I have not tried to return anything because I am keeping my pretty bag, so from my experience so far I will def buy from them again.
