I placed two orders recently. Because some of the items don't fit and they are still eligible for return, I sent them emails asking to initiate the process of return. There's no response from Il Duomo, so I sent another two emails after two days, still silent.....I decided to use "contact us" form to reach out to them which is available on their website, still silent afterwards..................After no response of five days, finally I decided to give them a call. The lady who took the call asked "can I ask who is calling". After I responded "I am a customer calling regarding return", then they became completely silent. Then I called a couple more times. A lady said "Good afternoon" and I asked "are you customer service?", then they were completely silent again.As you can see, they are close to out of business or the business is just a scam!
