The prices are good and the product they send are authentic. However, I appear to have multiple issues. 1. When they shipped the items, they do not charge tax/duties. I had to work with DHL to pay the duties and after that it took me several days to get the items I ordered. This is the first experience I have had where the duties are not charged upfront by the merchant. While ultimately, the price paid is the same irrespective of the mode of collecting duty, the price at the time is misleading. 2. I have been try to contact them about a return. Firstly the email widget for the contact us does not work. I then sent them an email several times using my personal email. No response.I paid using PayPal and will call them to dispute.
