I order Alanui boots! They came in less than 10 days, beautiful no problem here. However the customer service doesn’t exist. After back and forward between Instagram( which isn’t helpful at all) to their emails that no one is responding to the strange number that isn’t ringing ( calling from US) and when finally rings the store person answers and redirects you to emails that aren’t working either I almost gave up. I can now understand why people complain about this. I’m used to the US customer service that is usually excellent, this company approach to a client that spends over 500€ is shocking to me. After my purchase it took them 3 days to ship and send email to you. I can’t even imagine if I had to return the item how bad the communication would be. My advice is to prepare for a good amount of patience, and hope that nothing is wrong with the item, otherwise you might get a nervous breakdown like the rest of the people here. Anyway my boots are amazing I love them. For the company please set up a proper customer service- that is the main key for great business.
