Still waiting on a settlement which I'm confident will never happen. This company screwed me over with the date of the move, significant damage to my furniture and charging me $500.00 at delivery for a "shuttle" charge which was never disclosed during the negotiations. My furniture was put on 4 different trucks from Indiana to Florida, took 2 weeks which was never agreed upon and several thousand dollars worth of damage was done to my furniture due to incorrect packing according to the delivery men. I filed several reports for damages and still have no response after 2 months of trying to get a settlement. This company is terrible and takes no responsibility for anything. Customer service is non existent! NEVER USE ILLINOIS MOVERS!
