The sales process was great, until they get your money. Then it goes downhill from there. The day of the move, I was told my move was going to be $2,000 MORE than the quote. During the transistion, while I was waiting on my shipment, not one person, including my salesman Richard Zubek called me back after I left messages. When my things finally arrived, my tv was smashed and the driver charged me ANOTHER $500 to put together a desk THEY took apart. This move was a nightmare!! I’ve been calling all day to put in a claim for damages, but again NO ANSWER. During the sales process they took every call, now it’s just crickets. Use anyone but Illinois Movers for your next move. This was painful!
