I had been using this service for 4 years now. Recently, they have become SUCH a scam and poor service. The first incident was when they didn’t tell me any eta - just left the weed in an open back in the middle of my entrance. I live in a safe building, safe area, with things not being stolen. This time, my OUNCE was taken and they claimed no responsibility. Nothing, they didn’t care. Stupidly I decided to trust them again. Last time, I had the DRYEST, crunchiest, ditch weed. My absolute final straw was last night - placed an order and just never got it, never heard back after they sent the eta, I texted asking and they just ignored me. This company has also been looked into by the cops TWICE, so save the hassle, save the possibility of getting decent weed. Go to someone or somewhere better. It’s not worth it and again, had been a LOYAL customer for 4 years but recently, their customer service is gross and the way they handle business is totally unprofessional.
