When I texted the company in the morning they told me they would have no problem doing a straight exchange and then this is where all the problems happened. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service from the store that I’ve dealt with so often. I don’t understand why they can’t go the extra step to help. They told me they can’t not exchange the moon rocks, but they offered me a free pre-refilled my next visit. I understand that I should have kept the pre rolls to show them originally, but they fell apart. I had no choice but to toss them. No, they informed me that there’s nothing they can do since the tubes are empty I offered to go through my garbage to show them, but they replied very quickly. We will be unable to exchange your products today. However, we will offer you a pre-roll joint on your next purchase. So I asked if it was possible I can get a pre-roll today after all of this. Unfortunately, I would still have to order a minimum of $35 to get the pre-rolled and five dollars for delivery. This is how they keep happy customers? I work in customer service myself, and I’ve never dealt with such a long process of trying to an exchange two joints only to hear. Sorry we cannot longer help you. Unfortunately, I will no longer be dealing with this site or location.
