ILM did our move in early August to Valencia, Spain. They planned the arrival would be 4 weeks, after booking, but it ended up being just after 3 weeks that everything arrived. They gave us a 72 hr. notice of the change.Movers at both ends were great. In San Jose the movers wrapped our furniture and double checked everything we packed just to be safe. A couple boxes that had plates and glassware were re-packed for us. The attention to detail here was amazing. Once the move got going we received four updates on how things were going. My spouse reached out once and they got back to us with an update the following day. Most organized move we've ever been a part of.
