I recently moved from San Francisco to France. Everything went smoothly until a few days before the agreed upon delivery date. I called them 4 days before the delivery date to check if everything was in order and at what time I could expect the movers. The answer was: we do not have you in our planning!!!! Then, 2 days before the delivery I received a text message requesting me to pay an additional 4500 euros otherwise my furniture would not be delivered. This is what I call racketeering!
